Set in the wonderful village of Prinos, the villa's location is great, as you have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing of Rethymno with your car, taking only 5 to 20 minutes maximum. 

Around the villa you will also find a traditional tavern, 1 km away. All the shops that you might need as well as the nearest beach, are located in “Skaleta” area, which is only 2 km away.

Specifically in Rethymno centre there is a large variety of shops (supermarkets, fishmongers, butcher shops, bakeries,) as well as highly acclaimed restaurants, numerous cafes, pastry shops, ice cream shops and more. In Rethymno you may also visit the magnificent old town, the Venetian harbour,  the museum and the venetian castle “Fortezza” which is the trademark of the city.
